The competition, with a deadline of May 2023, is open to Italian and foreign designers and is divided into two phases: an initial acquisition of creative proposals and, subsequently, a technical and economic feasibility project chosen among the top five classified in the first phase.
The five finalists and the winner will be selected by a competent jury, composed of 5 super partes members, appointed after the delivery of the the first-degree competition documents. The winner will receive a prize of 150,000 euros, and the other four competitors will get a reimbursement of expenses of about 20,000 euros.
The competition will be held online, on the IT platform made available by the OAR (Order of Architects of Rome), to guarantee the anonymity of the participants and the correct execution of the procedure.
