Maker Faire Rome 2026

An international event where imagination and creativity become reality: the Gazometro Ostiense is once again hosting the fair that makes innovation accessible to all, explaining the latest frontiers of technological development in a simple and clear way – through a hands-on, practical and human approach – featuring projects and ideas that improve people’s work and lives.

Now in its 14th edition, the event has been recognised as a Global Maker Faire by Make Co., the international brand that launched the maker movement worldwide, and is promoted by the Rome Camera di Commercio - Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Azienda Speciale Innova Camera. As every year, the event appeals to a wide audience comprising enthusiasts, innovators, researchers, start-ups, businesses, schools and universities – diverse communities that have the opportunity to meet and engage with one another.

Through hundreds of exhibition spaces, talks, workshops, performances and educational activities, the event covers the main sectors of innovation: aerospace, industrial automation, agritech, cyber security, the circular economy, electronics, artificial intelligence, digital manufacturing, robotics, virtual reality, the Internet of Things and big data are just some of the topics covered.
