A hidden treasure in the heart of Rome, it traces the history of the ancient family in its most intimate form.
Set among nineteenth-century furniture, seventeenth-century paintings and ancient statues, it offers a thematic path linked to the four elements: Fire, Air, Earth and Water.
The Salotto del Fuoco (Fire Living Room) with erotic paintings by Pietro Testa, Ludovico Carracci, and Massimo Stanzione; the Sala dei bambini (Children's Room), suspended between music and astrology; the Sala degli Amorini (Room of Cupids), frescoed in neoclassical style by Annibale Angelini; and finally the magnificent Bagno di Diana (Bath of Diana), inspired by Pompeian paintings.
The apartments offer a unique and evocative glimpse into the daily and “secret” life of the noble family, from the 17th century to the present day.
