Following a major redevelopment project of a portion of the former Atac Vittoria bus depot, this prestigious 5000 square metre space for events, festivals and above all art exhibitions has been created in the Prati district.
The intervention as part of the ‘Quarter’ project, curated by Nintetynine Urban Value in collaboration with Atac, the Municipality of Rome and the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art, has enhanced this area, an industrial building from the early 1920s, making it functional for its new use while at the same time respecting its style and architectural qualities.
The location consists of four different independent spaces with distinctive aspects and different sizes to make it adaptable to different types of events; it has ceilings up to seven metres high, it has three open-air areas, a covered foyer, a large service area and all the rooms are vehicular.
