Built around the middle of the 16th century for Costanzo Patrizi, treasurer of Paolo III Farnese, it was bought in 1578 by the Costaguti family, descendants of Genoese bankers. Architect Carlo Lombardi (1554-1620) changed it for them. The building has a beautiful door with rusticated arch, inside are the rooms frescoed by Guercino, Domenichino, Cavalier d'Arpino and the Zuccari brothers.
