The exhibition conceived, designed, created and managed by ITALYGRANDE s.r.l. (subsidiary of GRANDE EXHIBITIONS), aims to document the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, inventor and engineer, through the display of models that interpret the original projects.
The machines on display range over the most diverse fields, from flying machines to war machines, from mechanical devices to civil engineering.
The exhibition features:
- more than 50 interactive models of Leonardo da Vinci's machines and inventions in scale or life-size, faithfully reconstructed from Leonardo da Vinci's projects and drawings,
- explanatory tables in Italian and English and their translation by means of booklets in four languages (French, German, Spanish, Russian);
- 5 faithfully reproduced Leonardesque Codices;
- illustrative didactic panels;
- Anatomical tables;
- life-size drawings;
- life-size paintings;
- plasma multimedia stations;
- additional audio guides with biographical, artistic and scientific insights in 7 languages (Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Russian);
- video rooms with informative documentaries.
