ParcoMilvio: musica, teatro, cinema e natura nel cuore di Roma

A well-equipped and sustainable green area, overlooking the Tiver and a few steps from Ponte Milvio, one of the oldest and most famous bridges in Rome: open every day from 4 pm to midnight, ParcoMilvio hosts many initiatives and events dedicated to art and the environment for the 2021 summer season, to enjoy the gardens and rest areas while attending shows and performances.

70 days of programming with a wide choice, including meetings and green dialogues, theater, music, cinema and much more, for example the daily yoga lessons immersed in the nature. From 4 to 23 July the Musical Itineraries of Roma Sinfonietta offer a very varied program, from the music of Mozart and Mendelssohn to the great hits of Broadway and a show dedicated to Lucio Dalla from Peppe Servillo, Javier Girotto and Natalio Mangalavite. On 27 July, it is Elio Germano’s turn with The Italian Baba, India in virtual reality. A 360 ° journey that speaks of lives lived and still to be explored in search of oneself through the words of the text A Piedi Nudi sulla Terra by Folco Terzani, of which Elio Germano is the narrator. The great cinema arrives in ParcoMilvio on 13 July with the Nuovo Cinema Milvio film festival, with films and documentaries and meetings with the protagonists of the magical world of cinema and sport. The Nuovo Cinema Milvio review has won the Roman Summer competition of the Municipality of Rome. Together with the artists and spectators, a natural and living audience welcomes every single event: 200 plants distributed on the stands will form a unique setting for a theater immersed in nature and art.
