Inaugurated in the 1950s, after the renovation of via della Conciliazione started in 1937, the Auditorium Conciliazione is a prestigious multifunctional complex located in the Rione Borgo, a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica.
In the past, it hosted the chamber music and symphonic seasons of Santa Cecilia. Since the autumn of 2005, it has hosted classical and pop music concerts, film screenings, theatrical performances, musicals, and exhibitions.
Always devoted to culture, in recent years, it has focused its artistic-cultural activity on the contemporary in all its creative forms, from dance to music to the visual arts.
Today, it is also a prominent congress space with a room for over 1763 seats and other modular ones, equipped with the most innovative technologies.
