The Capitoline Superintendence in collaboration with Zètema Progetto Cultura joins the European Archeology Days 2024 which will be held on 14, 15 and 16 June.
To spread knowledge of the archaeological heritage of the city of Rome, this year too, guided visits to little-known archaeological sites and museums are planned, conducted by expert archaeologists; simulations of archaeological excavation for the little ones; conferences, workshops and extraordinary openings: from the Archaeological Area of the Imperial Forums to the Capitoline Museums; from Porta San Paolo at the beginning of Via Ostiense to Casale di Giovio in Villa Doria Pamphilj; from the Barracco Museum to the Roman Republic and Garibaldi memory Museum; from the Villa of Maxentius to the Archaeological Area of Settecamini.

In Europe, the event is managed by Inrap, the National Institute of Preventive Archaeological Research of France (Institut national de recherches archéologiques préventives), while in Italy, the European Archeology Days are organized by the Ministry of Culture - Directorate General of Museums and General Directorate of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape.
