Now in its thirteenth year and organized by ADC Group, the NC Digital Awards are one of the most important awards dedicated to digital culture in Italy, which has profoundly changed the communication landscape in recent years and is carving out an ever-increasing share in companies’ media mix.
During the 2024 edition, which took place in Milan on 11 October, the panel of jurors, made up of over 50 major companies investing in digital communication, awarded Roma Capitale the Best Digital City Branding prize for “the important work done in recent months in the area of multichannel digital communication”. Receiving the award during the ceremony were Cecilia Del Guercio, Head of Communication of the Secretariat of the Mayor of Rome, and Pierluca Tagariello, Director of Institutional Communication of Roma Capitale.
The new digital communication strategy adopted by Roma Capitale is proof of how even institutions can learn to communicate in an innovative and contemporary way, exploiting all the latest tools offered by technology and marketing to interact with citizens and city users.
