A playlist worthy of an Oscar, it has to be said, because the first ‘Parco della Musica Playlist’ is signed by Nicola Piovani, world-famous pianist and resident artist of the Fondazione Musica per Roma, winner of the coveted international award in 1999 for the music of Life is Beautiful.
At the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, music becomes the protagonist not only in its halls, but also in its outdoor spaces to act as background music and accompany you as you walk through its portico or cavea.
The tracks of the playlists, because Maestro Piovani's is the first one, but it will certainly not be the only one, will be selected ad hoc by artist friends of the Fondazione Musica per Roma and will be curated periodically by leading artists and personalities from the world of culture who usually animate the live programming of the Auditorium Parco della Musica.
The musical selections will then be present on the Foundation's Spotify channel and will be downloadable with a QrCode.
Starting with Maestro Piovani's, which offers us a unique opportunity to learn more about his tastes and the musical influences that inspired him in his careful selection of 25 tracks ranging from classical to jazz.
