The Lazio Region has communicated that, starting from 10 July, the new digital platform for registering in the Regional Database to obtain the CIR which is mandatory from 1 September 2024, is active.
The name of the digital platform is "Ross1000", a platform that allows thousands of accommodation facilities and tourist accommodation in Lazio to register with the Regional Database and thus obtain the Regional Identification Code (CIR). The CIR Code is preparatory to the subsequent release of the National Identification Code (CIN) and replaces the previous CISE (Extra-hotel Structure Identification Code) for activities in the non-hotel sector and accommodation for tourist use.
After this first experimental phase, the new "Ross1000" application will move into the implementation phase on 1 September 2024. From this date, in fact, it is possible to forward the request no later than 60 days to avoid incurring the sanctions provided for by Regional Law no. 13/2017. Access to the "Regional Database _ Lazio Registry" can take place exclusively through the Public Digital Identity System (SPID) in order to guarantee the identifiability of users.
