Wild Wines – IV edition

The Spazio Novecento hosts the 4th edition of Wild Wines, the independent fair dedicated to producers of natural, artisanal and low-intervention wines. The large 1000 sq m Eur hall presents over 100 artisanal producers of wines, ciders and spontaneously fermented beers, including 20 international wineries. The winemakers present let you taste over 900 wines from: Italy, France, Spain, Slovenia, Germany, Poland.

These are products arise from an organic and biodynamic agriculture carried out by small artisans who choose to make wine with minimal oenological interventions in the different stages of processing in the cellar, without denaturalizing the essence of the wine. The aim is to propose a responsible consumption of wine through greater knowledge and awareness of the agricultural supply chain which is behind a natural artisan production. The event aims to be an opportunity to meet the public of enthusiasts and operators in the world of catering, importers, distributors and sales agents who have chosen to bet on the values ​​of a healthy and pesticide-free agriculture, as well as on a low intervention, designed not to alter the naturalness of the product.

The Terrace of Spazio Novecento is dedicated to the refreshment area, where you can savor the preparations of partner farms and restaurateurs.
