VESPA ROMA 2026 - 80 YEARS OF AN ICON

From 25 to 28 June 2026, Rome is hosting the unmissable appointment for lovers of a two-wheeled legend: VESPA ROMA 2026 – 80 YEARS OF AN ICON, the international event, held under the patronage of Roma Capitale, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of a symbol of style, design and Italian elegance.

Four days of events open to the public, set against the backdrop of the evocative Foro Italico Complex, transformed for the occasion into the Vespa Village, where you can relive the brand’s history, discover its future, and admire historic models, current and lifestyle collections, accessories, and exclusive products in the dedicated store.

An event that combines passion, culture and sharing, with a rich calendar of initiatives, such as exhibitions, live shows, music and entertainment by Radio Deejay, guests and, above all, the participation of Vespa enthusiasts from sixty countries around the world, with their ‘two-wheelers’ that represent eight decades of the legendary scooter.

PROGRAMME:

• Thursday 25 June – Official opening of the Vespa Village with a ribbon-cutting ceremony; presentation of the commemorative coin marking the 80th anniversary, and launch ceremony for the special postal cancellation by Poste Italiane. Opening of the “80 Years of Vespa” photography exhibition; music and entertainment by Radio Deejay; showcase performance by Ditonellapiaga and closing DJ set by Molella.

• Friday 26 June – Activities and events organised by Vespa and its partners; the European Vespa Rally Championship and the World Gymkhana Championship with Vespa Clubs; Performances by artists and entertainment on the Radio Deejay stage, live performances and a closing DJ set by Wad.

• Saturday 27 June – The spectacular Grand Parade: thousands of Vespas of every age and model will parade through Rome’s most iconic locations; Treasure Hunt at the Village and Vespa World Club awards ceremony for the Sport and Tourism championships.

• Sunday 28 June – The traditional Concours d’Elegance featuring a parade of the rarest and most valuable Vespa models; entertainment by Radio Deejay until the final awards ceremony and the official closing of the Village.
