Sempre più Fuori. Festival multidisciplinare di teatro, musica, danza, cinema, letteratura, arte, fotografia

A map of the contemporariness that places the most recent and most successful artistic experimentation side by side with emerging creativity and cultural activities that promote social and civic cohesion. For its fourth edition, the multidisciplinary festival “Sempre più Fuori” returns to inhabit the spaces of the German Academy Rome Villa Massimo and the Goethe-Institut with an articulated and international program.

The dense program of events proposed by the festival ranges from theater to music, dance, cinema, literature, art, photography. This expressive mosaic uses different formats and languages to create culture and investigate the relationship between tradition and innovation, outside the rigid divisions between the genres of performance, off the web and off screens and digital devices, as the title emphasizes. Among the protagonists of this fourth edition are the award-winning Catalan company Agrupación Señor Serrano, English poet A.K. Blakemore, composer Francesco Leineri, playwright and actor Oscar De Summa and director Roberta Torre in dialogue with historical trans activist Porpora Marcasciano.

The program includes also two guided tours of the German Academy Rome Villa Massimo, which is rarely open to the public, and two “Dinners in the Dark” organized by the Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Rome: a unique and engaging sensory experience that challenges our senses and makes us fully appreciate the beauty of food and the world around us.
