The unmissable international motorsport appointment with the best drivers of the time challenging is back. Now in its tenth edition, the event is valid for the FIA European Rally Championship and the Sparco Absolute Italian Rally Championship.
The three days of adrenaline and sport, organized by Motorsport Italia, keeps faith with its spectacular tradition with a high level route, largely renewed, 187 km of special stages and timed sections of over 30 kilometers.
The start is from the imposing Castel Sant’Angelo, the background of the usual inauguration ceremony, before facing the over 900 km of track in the Lazio region. The most rallying part takes place in the province of Rome and Frosinone, crossing numerous historic villages.
On the schedule are 12 special stages, such as the Roccasecca-Colle San Magno, the shortest one with 5.50 km; the Santopadre-Fontana Liri of 29.08 km, the main timed path of the first day; the new Fiuggi of 6.45 km, opening and closing as Power Stage; the Affile-Bellegra of 7.34 km; the Cave-Subiaco, one of the longest of the entire championship with its 32.50 km.
Again for this 2022 edition, a super city show trial is on the program: after the magnificent Baths of Caracalla, protagonists in 2021, the track winds around the Colosseum, the symbolic monument of Rome.
