This year the usual appointment to the Landriana Gardens which hosts the Spring at Landriana, a historic exhibition-market of quality gardening returns, in its 29th edition, on the three days of March 28, 29 and 30. The 2025 edition slightly anticipates the event, always highly expected, which traditionally took place in the month of April.
The event has always been an unmissable event for green lovers, who have the opportunity to admire and purchase numerous botanical varieties selected by specialized nurserymen from all over Italy. As usual, in fact, the exhibition of plants is accompanied by a large area with exhibitors of items for the garden, the countryside, the natural lifestyle and food and wine. Among the exhibitors are growers of rare and collectible plants, producers of citrus fruits, orchids, peonies, herbaceous perennials, aromatic plants, ancient fruits and many other species. Green artisans and companies that offer innovative solutions for garden and vegetable garden care will not be missing. Also active, as always, is the Landriana Advice station with a Garden Tutor who provides free individual consultations for designing gardens and terraces or advising on the care of plants and flowers.
In addition to the exhibition area, the event offers a rich program of meetings, workshops and conferences, to explore themes related to green care, biodiversity and landscaping. Experts and professionals in the sector share practical advice on gardening, horticulture and floral decoration.
The event also aims, this year more than ever, as a real moment of cultural exchange on the themes of sustainability and environmental protection, for which the places of production of ecosystem services can be important. During the event it is possible to participate in guided tours of the ten hectares of park, stopping in the most suggestive corners of the estate: the Valley of Roses, the White Avenue, the Garden of Olives and the lake surrounded by ancient roses to discover the history and evolution of this fascinating green space and admire the different "rooms" into which it is divided. The Landriana Gardens can be counted among the most wonderful landscape works in Italy designed by the marquise Lavinia Taverna in the 1950s, with the consultancy of the British landscape architect Russell Page.
Numerous activities and workshops for children's entertainment. The refreshment area is also open, with a bar, a hot table and a barbecue, where you can eat surrounded by greenery.
The event takes place from 10:00 to 18:00 continuously.
