
The International Yoga Day is scheduled for June 21st, which will take place in Rome at a free event at the Nando Martellini Stadium at the Caracalla's Baths. This day, which is celebrated all over the world on the day of the Summer Solstice, is organized by the Yogis4Nature APS Association, in collaboration with Mosaco - Movement Study Center, Lighthouse Yoga Community and Atma Yoga, and with the patronage of the Department to the Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion of the Municipality of Rome.
PROGRAM:
4.30pm-6.30pm - Free Shiatsu sessions offered by the Mosaco Association (booking on site)
5.00pm-6.30pm - Upcycling workshop for children and adults with YogisNature (booking via email by writing to: yogis4nature.italia@gmail.com)
6.30pm - Entrance and placement of mats with the help of Yogis4Nature volunteers
6.45pm - Greetings and presentation
7.00pm-8.30pm - Yoga practice open to all
Yogis4Nature is a voluntary association born in 2021 from the union of 15 yoga practitioners. The Association aims to promote the practice of yoga and meditation as a way to achieve the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of the individual, to educate respect for all living creatures and for the environment, as well as to promote adoption of more conscious and sustainable lifestyles and consumption for the good of our planet.
