A unique and unmissable show for all fans of a sport that attracts and entertains for its fast and exciting game and that has been the protagonist in recent years of explosive growth on a global scale. From 8 to 15 June, Rome will once again be the Padel capital of the world with the BNL Italy Major Premier Padel. The Rome’s tournament is one of the four major padel tournaments in the world along with Doha, Paris and Acapulco, the spearhead of the new Premier Padel circuit organised by the International Padel Federation with the support of the Professional Padel Association (PPA) and the giant Qatar Sports Investments (QSI).
For the fourth consecutive year, the evocative Foro Italico complex will be the setting for the event, which once again sees the renewal of the partnership between the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation and the BNL BNP Paribas Group, Title Sponsor of the event. From 2023, with the introduction of the combined formula, the men’s draw will be joined by the women’s one: the stars and top players of international padel are ready to take to the courts to offer an even more exciting and engaging spectacle to the thousands of fans. In the 2024 edition, at the end of an exciting week, the men’s tournament was won by Ale Galan and Federico Chingotto in the final against defending champions Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia. In the women’s draw, victory went to Spanish duo Ari Sanchez and Paula Josemaria.
Free admission on 8 and 9 June, the two days dedicated to qualifying for access to the main draw.
