To the magical Castle of Santa Severa

The Castle of Santa Severa dresses up, coloring itself with magic for all the Christmas festivities: immersive experiences and light installations are on the programme, circus, theatrical and musical performances, ancient games, artistic and fantasy workshops, a craft and local and Christmas products, Santa Claus' house, the fairy forest, the chocolate shop, the post office of wishes, experiences in nature with archeotrekking and e-bike trekking between Pyrgi and Macchiatonda, and still a small stables with ponies, an area dedicated to refreshments, for a Christmas Village full of art and creativity.

A fascinating atmosphere pervades the entire ancient village allowing visitors to follow an evocative itinerary; the event is designed to enliven the Christmas holidays and to offer everyone high-quality, continuous and free entertainment, a novelty this year.

The artistic direction and organization of the Castle's activities are handled by the Zip_Zone cultural association, which won a competitive tender for projects for the construction and management of the Christmas village at the Castle of Santa Severa, a project promoted by the Lazio Region with the organizational supervision of LAZIOcrea, in collaboration with the Regional Environment Directorate, the Macchiatonda Nature Reserve and Pyrgi Natural Monument, the Municipality of Santa Marinella, MiC and Coopculture.
