Rome Fashion Path

Created following the success and experience of Rome Art Week, Rome Fashion Path is the event spread throughout Rome and totally dedicated to the promotion of fashion. Its aim is to offer the public of fashion enthusiasts and buyers an overview of fashion, from the latest trends to the most promising emerging talents on the contemporary scene, offered and produced in the Capital, through hundreds of events in which Boutiques, Flagship stores, Fashion Schools, Showrooms and institutional or independent fashion venues will open their spaces to propose collections, events, talks, meetings, performances, in-depth studies and extraordinary openings.

Taking place annually, Rome Fashion Path is, therefore, a unique appointment in which you will be able to meet those who design, tell, and interpret fashion.

From 14 to 19 May, the Historic Centre of Rome and its suburbs will come alive with a rich programme of completely free events, featuring brands, boutiques, fashion schools, emerging talents and ateliers.

Rome Fashion Path's mission is to give prominence to the fervent creativity of Rome's scene, welcoming all those who wish to discover the novelties, trends and most interesting realities of the fashion industry.

The Rome Fashion Path programme consists of three sections:

• Showcase – the windows of fashion in Rome: boutiques, shops, flagship stores, fashion schools, showrooms, and institutional or independent spaces will host presentations, events, talks, meetings, performances, in-depth studies, and extraordinary openings.
• Creator – for fashion makers, i.e. designers, brands, tailors, workshops and all those who design and produce their garments not necessarily operating in the capital, but who may have an exhibition space, albeit temporary, in Rome.
• Tracker – the fashion compasses, i.e. those who intuit trends, guide the public in their choices and have an in-depth knowledge of fashion in Rome: influencers, bloggers, stylists and personal shoppers will have the opportunity to put themselves in the spotlight during the event, creating thematic guides and guided tours.

The fundamental tool of the initiative is romefashionpath.com, the platform created both for the participants – with a virtual space to share projects and collections – and for the public, who will be able to consult the map, calendar and schedules of all the events updated in real time.
