This year the appointment with the European Heritage Days is renewed, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 September with guided tours, special initiatives and extraordinary openings organized in Italian museums and places of culture on the theme: "Heritage sustainable culture: a legacy for the future “.
The theme aims to be a reflection on the sustainable management of cultural heritage and landscape and on how all this can contribute to a more sustainable future from an environmental point of view, but also from a social and economic point of view, not least for the achievement of objectives set by the United Nations for 2030.
During the two days there are also special evening openings in state museums with admission at the symbolic cost of 1 euro (excluding free admission provided by law).
The evening opening represents an important opportunity to discover and visit places of culture in a different way thanks to artistic performances or other events to live a new and exciting experience.
The calendar of events is constantly updated on the website of the Ministry of Culture, in two different sections, dedicated respectively to the initiatives scheduled on Saturday and Sunday and to the extraordinary openings on Saturday evening.
