Giubileo dei Sacerdoti

The power of the sacrament of reconciliation is manifested above all in the steps taken to repair the damage caused by sin. God himself, through his Word made flesh, intervened to heal the wounds caused by sin in human life. In his infinitely merciful love, he instituted and entrusted to the Church this Sacrament through which the faithful can return to communion with him and his people.
