The development of the INCAR mobility platform is part of USER-CHI, a four-year European project for the development of solutions for strategic priorities, including the green and digital transition, which envisages the creation of a new electric mobility system with the city and the citizen at its centre.
As part of the project, INCAR was therefore created. The App involves five cities, including Rome, which will now be able to take advantage of extra help in solving problems that may arise in the field of electric mobility.
A single App - for charging point operators (CPOs), micro-CPOs, e-mobility service providers (EMSPs) and drivers of electric vehicles offering - with various functions:
- parking and charging reservation for electric vehicles to avoid waiting times and increase the utilisation rate of charging facilities;
- providing real-time information on publicly accessible charging facilities;
- search for the nearest charging point and related directions.
The platform, which is currently being tested, will be active until 15 July 2024.
To promote the experimentation of the App and the participation in the survey to define the profile of the users of the recharge network, those who make their first recharge using the INCAR App and fill in the questionnaire will receive a discount of up to € 30.00 on the cost of the recharge itself.
Fill in the questionnaire and get the discount by downloading the App (Android - iOs).
