
On 22 and 29 August, in the centenary Park of Villa Gregoriana, between the continuous flow of the waters of the Aniene river and the rustle of the branches, you can learn the breathing and the positions of Hatha Yoga. A guided tour in the monumental nature of Villa Gregoriana to rediscover the balance between mind and body through practice, stimulating the flow of emotions and, at the same time, rediscovering harmony with nature.
The course, lasting 3 hours, is led by teacher Agnese Sabucci, who completed her studies in India, where she graduated as a Hatha Yoga teacher at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul center in Maharashtra.
The session is structured as follows:
- Meeting at the historic entrance (Largo Sant'Angelo) at 5.45 pm and activities start at 6 pm.
- Introductory visit lasting 30 minutes to Manlio Vopisco's clearing.
- First yoga practice at the Glade.
- Descent into the Valle dell'Inferno and second practice at the Ponte Lupo clearing.
- Ascent, third and last practice near the exit.
Bring a mat and towel, mosquito spray, and a jacket (preferably a sweatshirt). We advise you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
