The 11th edition of Run Bravetta 2024 kicks off, the race organized by ASD Bravetta Runners, with the patronage of Roma Capitale.
Born from an idea of the president of the ASD Bravetta Runners Marco Marino with the aim of promoting sport and in particular athletics in one's own municipality and elsewhere, the race takes place for 5 km on the road along the streets of Bravetta, Aurelia Antica, Casale di San pio V, via della Nocetta, via Silvestri and 5 km inside Villa Pamphili. The race also includes a non-competitive 10 km race open to all and without the need for association membership or a competitive medical certificate. The first edition, which took place in 2011, saw 311 athletes at the finish line; over the years, the event has grown to reach the record of 1200 writings in 2018.
The race is on Sunday 8 September at 9.00 am, with meeting point in via dei Capasso at 8.00 am. The race package is guaranteed to the first 1000 registered in the competitive race.
At the end of the competition there will be a final refreshment for all the athletes and, to follow, the awards ceremony for the winners and the companies.
