Live Communication Week 2025 - Live! With Respect

Four days dedicated to creativity and networking to celebrate excellence in the Italian and international event industry, share best practices, acquire new skills, and be inspired by brilliant speakers.

Thanks to the collaboration with Roma Capitale - Department of Major Events, Sport, Tourism, and Fashion, Rome will once again host Live Communication Week at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in 2025. The event is the business platform created by ADC Group that brings together the BEA - Festival Italiano degli eventi e della Live Communication and the BEA World Festival, with two awards dedicated to the events and live communication industry in Italy and internationally, now in their 22nd and 20th editions respectively.

Live! With Respect is this year’s concept, created by Next Group, the agency that won BEA Italia 2024 with the event “Ferrari 12 Cilindri World Première & Miami Program”: an invitation to put respect at the center of all creative and content considerations. The two days of 19 and 20 November are dedicated to live presentations, the educational program, and the BEA Italia awards ceremony. The program for 21 and 22 November, entirely in English, focuses on international events.

This event is part of the Roma Smart Tourism - Azione 3 “Smart Events” project, promoted by Roma Capitale with funding from the Ministry of Tourism within the framework of the fund in favor of municipalities with cultural, historical, artistic, and landscape heritage, whose territories include sites recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites.
