The Salone delle Fontane hosts the fascinating sensory journey into the world of wine with the prestigious event conceived by Luca Maroni, which returns in its 23rd edition dedicated to "the basis of pleasure".

The event includes a rich calendar of appointments, including free tastings, guided tastings and learning pills with Luca Maroni, workshops, meetings, and presentations to know the scents, identity and taste at the origin of flavour.

Over 100 wine producers, telling about their territories of origin and stories of their vineyards, present their labels in free tastings, flanked by the tastings curated by the influential sensorial analyst. New for this edition are the Degustare non è assaggiare meetings with which Maroni takes the public on a surprising emotional adventure to discover the many nuances of wine using his personal tasting method.  

Also on the programme are many workshops dedicated to some extraordinary raw materials and their by-products, such as chocolate, olives and precious extra virgin olive oil, buffalo milk and mozzarella, and chilli peppers, among sweet, spicy, sour, and umami notes, to celebrate the origin and excellence of the world of flavours together with a delicious glass of wine.
