The Harry Potter Film Concert Series returns to enchant audiences with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™ – Part 1 in concert, one of the most intense chapters in the saga, for an unforgettable immersive experience combining cinema and live music.
On stage at the Auditorium Conciliazione, the Orchestra Italiana del Cinema – an outstanding ensemble of 80 musicians – will perform Alexandre Desplat's moving soundtrack live, perfectly synchronised with the full high-definition screening of the film on a twelve-metre maxi screen, with dialogue in Italian.
The dates, presented exclusively in Italy by Music Village/Forum Studios and produced by Marco Patrignani, mark an absolute premiere for Italy and pave the way for the fifth edition of the Rome Film Music Festival, which in March 2026 will celebrate the greatest masters of the art of film scores.
Born from a collaboration between Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment and CineConcerts, the Film Concert Series is the only official tour that brings the magic of the films in the saga to the world. Since the debut of the first concert in 2016, more than 3 million viewers in over 48 countries have embarked on this extraordinary journey, with nearly 3,000 performances scheduled through 2025.
In this penultimate chapter, the story becomes darker and more decisive, the tension grows and every detail takes on new meaning: Harry, Ron and Hermione embark on a desperate mission to track down and destroy the Horcruxes, the only weapon capable of stopping Voldemort. Their search takes them into uncharted territory; isolated, hunted and forced to rely solely on the strength of their friendship, the three young wizards face trials that will test their unity as the Dark Forces seek to divide them forever. It is the prelude to the final battle, the point where every choice weighs like a prophecy.
Desplat's soundtrack, composed by the Oscar-winning composer of Grand Budapest Hotel, The King's Speech and Philomena, has won prestigious international awards such as the IFMCA Award, the World Soundtrack Award and the Satellite Award for Best Original Soundtrack. His powerful and mysterious melodies accompany the three boys in their race against time and evoke the grandeur and fragility of Harry's final mission.
