The Jubilee is a global event that brings Rome to the centre of international attention, attracting millions of visitors including pilgrims, tourists and cultural operators.

In this scenario, tourist reception plays a strategic role, not only to meet the needs of visitors, but also to enhance the city as a cultural, spiritual and inclusive destination.

The Tourist Infopoint Auditorium Conciliazione was created to meet these needs, acting as a reference point for information, services and support to visitors, in a strategic location right in front of the basilica of St Paul Outside the Walls.
