This fountain is placed in the courtyard in front of the church of Santa Cecilia. It consists of a quadrangular pond with a huge cantharos (Greek or Roman vase with handles projecting from the edge that was placed inthe atrium of the early Christian churches and used for ablutions). The current arrangement is the result of an intervention by Antonio Muñoz in 1929.
