Founded with Law no. 62 of 15 March 1999, the Fermi Centre aims to realise what Enrico Fermi would have wanted in Italy: a centre for study and research at the frontiers of Science.
Today the Centro Fermi wants to follow Fermi's teaching with a concrete commitment in the most advanced sectors of modern Physics, bearing in mind the value of interdisciplinarity in the realisation of projects in which Physics interacts with other disciplines.
