Founded by the Comune di Roma and the "Tavolo della Pace" (Table of peace), a permanent body of the Citizens Commettee for the Decentralized Cooperation, to promote the dialogue among different cultures and religions, the defense of human and civil rights, the non violence, international solidarity. It will organize social, cultural, artistic events, to promote communal life and peace in the world.
