Wunderkammer ('Chambers of Wonder') were the Renaissance collection rooms in which monarchs, princes, aristocrats, scientists and artists collected the most diverse objects, trying to recreate the whole of human knowledge in one room. From this collecting came the modern museums. In the 'Artificialia' museum, objects that could be found in the Wunderkammer of the past have been recreated and arranged in a modern style.
