Also for 2025, the Municipality of Rome is offering tourism operators specialized in incoming activities and the international promotion of the city the opportunity to participate as co-exhibitors of Roma Capitale during the trade fairs scheduled between 28 April and 31 December 2025. The aim is to support local tourism enterprises and strengthen the competitiveness of the territory.
Tourism operators must be based in Rome and must submit their expression of interest to the PEC address protocollo.grandieventisportturismoemoda@pec.comune.roma.it from 10 to 24 March 2025. On the basis of the expressions of interest received, a list of suitable tour operators will be drawn up and approved. Co-exhibitors will be selected within the limits of the places available and in relation to the size of the space (physical or digital) purchased by the Municipality of Rome.
The choice will be made on the basis of the description of the activities carried out by the applicants. The priority criteria are as follows: coherence between the operator’s core business and the tourism product featured in the event; possible coverage of additional segments of the tourism offer; proposal of services or products that respect the environment, enhance local cultures and traditions and reduce the ecological impact; chronological order in which applications are received.
