Latin mythology is revealed through an evocative narrative path between real and virtual world: it is the 6 1 MITO site-specific augmented reality, the installation project which transforms the smartphone into a locative media, dedicated to the iconic EUR district.
Through the app - ARize Augmented Reality - everyone becomes spectators and interpreters at the same time: by capturing a detail, a building, a street or a square, an engaging narration comes to life on urban surfaces, thanks to audio, video and photos.
The leitmotif of the first edition is the goddess of the woods Diana, protagonist, together with other gods and mythological figures linked to her deeds, of 38 "appearances" in Viale Europa area, with whom she introduces herself and interacts in a contemporary language.
Created by Komplex Live Cinema Group, the app is active from 1 to 31 December, free of charge, usable easily and even without registration. The user is guided by a shared Google Maps that shows the areas where to scan the space. The installations are visible from Viale Europa to Via Umberto Tupini and from Via Beethoven to Via Liszt.
