Thanks to the collaboration between Aeroporti di Roma - ADR and RTL 102.5, Leonardo da Vinci airport has a new communication channel. “OnAirport” is a real radio studio at the airport, located in the new Terminal 1 Plaza, with RTL 102.5 group radio speakers and the young Aeroporti di Roma communication staff who will report live from the airport on life at Italy’s most important airport and a major international crossroads.
In the radio station, every day there will be links in the programs of RTL 102.5, Radio Zeta Generation Zeta (a reference point for young people) RTL 102.5, with news, services and the curiosities of the day. Much space will also be devoted to passengers from all over the world, who will become the protagonists of the radio television story.
From next September, the “OnAirport” project will be further expanded to become a real radio laboratory for young students from three prestigious Italian universities that host university radio stations (Sapienza University of Rome, Luiss Guido Carli University and the University of Teramo), which will allow them to live an important professional experience in the role of radio speakers in a unique and lively context such as the airport.
