Ristorante Collegio

The Santarelli family, with over a hundred years of tradition in the wine business, has decided to revive the historic "Vini & Olii" in Piazza Capranica, respecting the atmosphere of the old twentieth century Vineria.
This is how "Collegio" was born, a project that has distant roots. The name derives from the adjacent Via del Collegio Capranica, where, at number 41, was the registered office of the company "Berardino Santarelli & Figli", from which everything began.
The historic Vineria in Piazza Capranica thus becomes a very distinctive place, where you can stop and taste traditional Roman and Amatrice dishes, accompanied by selected wines and signature cocktails.
