The World Championships are the pinnacle of the World Skateboarding Tour, the most important international skateboarding circuit in the world.
The best athletes from the two Olympic disciplines of Street and Park compete all around the world to earn a spot at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Italy already a featured in the WST with the classic stop of Street Skateboarding Rome, doubles up with the Park World Championships in Ostia (Rome), third stage of the Road To Paris - after the United Arab Emirates and Argentina.
A unique opportunity to enhance the territory through the delivery of an event of international resonance but also capable of involving the local community in terms of entertainment and sporting legacy.
Skateboarding has always been an inclusive, sustainable, urban sport and culture attracting young generations by being easily accesible. You only need a board and the will to give it a go.
The stages of the WST are developed focusing on aggregation with sports as the main content accompanied by a series of collateral activations ranging from the promotion of sport in the local area, to "festival" type entertainment with music, activations of partners and food & beverage areas throughout the duration of the competitions.
The host cities are placed at the center of the contents produced and distributed with contaminations of the event even outside the sports facility.
All events enjoy significant media coverage both in terms of social media communication on all platforms of the various stakeholders (International Federation, Organizing Committee, Athletes and Sponsors) and the distribution of Live Broadcasting of Semifinals and Finals all over the world.
