The first World title in the history of Footvolley is awarded in Italy.
The tournament, scheduled at the Pinetina Beach Village in Ostia, is attended by 16 countries from 4 continents: Africa, America, Asia, Europe.
The first pairs of each single national ranking are present. The men's draw includes 16 pairs, the women's 8.
Group formula in the first stage and knockout races to reach the final.

The tournament by nations is dedicated to the different modalities of Footvolley: FOOTVOLLEY UP - FOOTABLE - MINIFOOTVOLLEY - 4 AGAINST 4.
The 16 countries involved in the event compete in a highly spectacular sporting event that includes the complete panorama of world footvolley.
EXTRA CONTENT
The presence of several Ambassadors of the discipline is expected. Footvolley-loving international sports personalities enter the scene to entertain and have fun. The various exhibitions will form the glue between the most important competitions of the event.
