Three days of Stories, Signs & Drawings, a full immersion in Comics through exhibitions, meetings-events, international guests, masterclasses with the stars of comics, lectio magistralis with the great masters. The big names from the world of Italian and international comics await you at ARF! The Rome Comics Festival.

And more: a Self area entirely dedicated to independent publishing, an Artist Alley to meet the excellences of the international scene, Job ARF!, the successful format for the meeting between publishers and aspiring professionals, where you can show editors and publishers your portfolio with ideas, projects and creativity.

The youngest can go wild with ARF! Kids, the place dedicated to children's imagination - free admission up to 12 years of age - with a rich programme of creative workshops curated by some of Italy's most renowned illustrators, read alouds, drawings, games and many books.

Since 2016 ARF! - Il Festival del Fumetto has been housed in the cultural centre of the Mattatoio, one of the most important industrial archaeology complexes in Rome, in the centre of Testaccio, a quarter-symbol of the capital's creative ferment.

Between History and Street Art, in an absolutely unique location for an event related to the world of Comics, ARF! also extends to the large spaces of the Campo Boario and the Città dell'Altra Economia (CAE).
