Debuts with an absolute premiere at the Teatro Olimpico Voglio vederti danzare, the concert dedicated to Franco Battiato, unforgettable Maestro of contemporary Italian music.
The Sicilian artist's career has been a continuous and evolving journey between experimentation, cultured pop, mystical, classical and spiritual music and his great and unique ability to reinvent himself without ever losing the essence of a visionary artist and researcher.
And so, Voglio vederti danzare will take you on an enthralling musical journey and its seasons: from the eclectic turn of the Era del cinghiale bianco to the literary references of Prospettiva Nevskij, from reflections on life, spirituality and transcendence, the Gurdjieff method for finding one's own Centro di gravità permanente, to the Rotating Dervishes immortalised in the verses of Voglio vederti danzare.
An emotionally and spiritually evocative show, in which the three fundamental aspects of human nature, Spirit, Love and Soul, will merge between notes and words.
On stage, alongside the band formed by Simone Temporali on keyboards, Antonello Pacioni and Leonardo Guelpa on guitars, Glauco Fantini on bass and Mario Luciani on drums, the voices of frontman David Cuppari, a Sicilian musician and singer, and Giorgia Zaccagni, the famous Roma Sinfonietta String Orchestra conducted by Giovanni Cernicchiaro, who took care of the arrangements together with Simone Temporali.
Artistic direction is by Rossana Raguseo, production by Menti Associate with the executive collaboration of Good Vibrations Entertainment.
