An incredible tourneé that, after the success of the summer dates and the events scheduled in November and December, is making the Crooning Undercover project reach the number of 100 live performances in Italy and worldwide between 2023 and 2024.
The artist takes the stage together with the Mario Bros band, featuring Andrea ‘Satomi’ Bertorelli, Andrea Celestino and Davide Drogo, who have been accompanying him live since the beginning of his career, for a live under the sign of the energy, soul sounds and warm, intimate atmospheres that have always characterised one of the best-loved crooners on the Italian and international scene.
Biondi recently released the EP L'Oro, the last act of the Crooning Undercover project, a tribute to four great artists: Francesco De Gregori (La donna cannone), Claudio Baglioni (E tu come stai), Patty Pravo (Pensiero Stupendo) and Riccardo Cocciante (Sulla Terra io e lei).
The singer, born in 1971, was brought into the limelight by This is what you are, included in the playlist of the famous British DJ Norman Jay's cult BBC1 program. He boasts a truly extraordinary career: gold and platinum records, soundtracks for major films and prestigious collaborations - from the opening for Ray Charles' concerts in 1988 to duets with music stars such as Al Jarreau, the James Taylor Quartet, Leon Ware and Chaka Khan.
