The Polo Museale Sapienza (PmS) coordinates and promotes an integrated system of university museums that preserve a heritage of collections that illustrate different fields of knowledge, in relation to both scientific and humanistic disciplines.
The Sapienza museums share a tension aimed at developing a sense of place, proposing heritages, knowledge and technologies, and enhancing the identity of the humanistic and scientific communities of Sapienza.
Our museums bear witness to major events in the history of science and to the various educational, training and professional experiences that have taken place over the more than 700 years of Sapienza's existence.
