ZeroEmission Mediterranean Trends & Expoforum: four days at Fiera Roma focusing on energy, innovation and sustainability, with a focus on research, start-ups, smart mobility, data centres, AI and the energy transition

Four days of meetings, workshops and networking dedicated to the themes of the energy transition, technological innovation and sustainability, within an integrated trade fair setting that also sees EdilExpoRoma 2026, Codeway Expo 2026 and Casaidea 2026 taking place simultaneously.

A truly cross-cutting platform where construction, energy, international cooperation and industrial innovation interact within the same ecosystem, creating concrete opportunities for dialogue between businesses, institutions, research bodies and start-ups.

Among the key players in the programme, the Expoforum Scientific Committee plays a particularly prominent role, organising several key events during the exhibition, such as panel discussions on the sustainable future, the sustainability of data centres, and the energy requirements for artificial intelligence, as well as in-depth sessions on sustainable mobility, smart cities, energy and applied innovation.

There is also a strong focus on the technical programme organised by the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome on Friday 15 May, featuring workshops on renewable energy, smart mobility, satellite technologies, energy communities, AI, data centres and industrial sustainability.

Ample space is also dedicated to emerging innovation and start-ups. Among the leading organisations: Capio Robotics, Hydroponic Organic and Aura System.

On Saturday 16 May, the spotlight will be on environmental awareness and young people, with the presentation of Giornalisti nell’erba and the ClAImate Award, dedicated to the themes of sustainability and environmental communication.
