Among masterpieces by artists such as Raphael, Titian, Correggio and Caravaggio, specialists in historical instruments or young musicians from the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome perform in concerts lasting about 30 minutes, giving the public an immersive experience in Baroque and eighteenth-century culture.
Each concert takes place in a different hall and, in an emotional reference, create an affinity with the great works of art in the Gallery, part of the collection initially set up by Cardinal Scipione Borghese at the beginning of the 17th century.
The program of events is dedicated to contemporary music to the exhibited works or inspired by them, and is linked by the common thread of facts related to the Borghese family, anecdotes, or a particular painting kept inside the room concerned, giving life to an evocative experience between music, art and history.
