On June 21, the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, the Yoga community celebrates the Yoga Day Rome, the International Day of Yoga, established by the UN in 2014. The event, now in its fifth year and organized by CSEN Nazionale, is dedicated to the concept of ONE HEALTH, the integrated well-being of people, animals, and the environment.
The free event, open to practitioners of all levels, takes place in two main venues at the Stadio della Farnesina and Castel Sant'Angelo. It aims to highlight the power of well-being and inner balance, with moments of sharing in a unique atmosphere. Especially in recent years there has been a constant increase in participants, with numbers that demonstrate the growing interest in yoga and other disciplines dedicated to personal well-being.
