The summer event with contemporary dance returns with the Fuori Programma Festival (Off-Program Festival), an event directed by Valentina Marini and promoted by ORBITA - Spellbound National Dance Production Centre.
This year, dedicated to the Mediterranean, the Fuori Programma Festival celebrates the body as a living and vibrant material, fragile yet tenacious. The human figure is depicted dancing through the uncertainties of the present, seeking a path to freedom through movement. In this vision, the body does not simply traverse space, but merges with it: landscapes thus become a sort of “skin", a sensitive surface that reacts to the rhythms and breathing of those who inhabit it. Movement is not considered a neutral act, but a way to transform the atmosphere, leaving a trace that unites past memories and future visions. The event thus celebrates a body that transcends individuality to become a collective force, with its diverse histories and cultures, a tool for exploring ever-changing human geographies.
