Jumbo Truck Heart Bank 2025-2026

Following the success of previous editions, free cardiovascular prevention for citizens returns to Rome: by popular demand, the extraordinary National Cardiovascular Prevention Campaign Truck Tour Heart Bank 2025-2026 has restarted. The campaign is promoted by the Foundation for Your Heart of the National Association of Hospital Cardiologists, part of the broader National Cardiovascular Prevention Project Heart Bank. From December 13th to 15th, in Piazza del Popolo, the Banca del Cuore Jumbo Truck, specially equipped, will offer all citizens the opportunity to undergo a complete and free cardiac screening which includes:

• Electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Arrhythmia screening
• Lipid, glucose, and uric acid profile check
• Cardiovascular risk assessment.

Thanks to the Heart Bank Project, conceived and coordinated by Prof. Michele Gulizia for the Fondazione per il Tuo Cuore (For Your Heart Foundation), all citizens who join the Truck will receive a personal BancomHeart, a unique card that allows 24-hour access to their electrocardiogram, blood pressure readings, current medical conditions, current therapies, lifestyle habits, and all cardiac and laboratory tests performed. All data is stored in a virtual "safe" that allows, through a secret password known only to the user, access to the "Heart Bank" from Italy and/or abroad to consult or download their medical data whenever they wish, or to make it available to their doctor or an emergency room in the event of a medical emergency.

Furthermore, the 23 brochures from the Foundation for Your Heart on cardiovascular prevention will be available to all citizens.
During the Truck's stay in the city, discussions and meetings on prevention and cardiovascular disease will be held with residents and local doctors.

The 2025-2026 National Cardiovascular Prevention Campaign Truck Tour – Heart Bank is entirely supported by the Foundation for Your Heart (HCF Onlus).

The National Cardiovascular Prevention project BANCA DEL CUORE was born in 2015 and is an initiative promoted by the Fondazione per il Tuo Cuore to put its goals of education and prevention of Global Cardiovascular Risk into practice in the real world.
