King, Herbie Hancock, McCoy Tyner, Yellowjackets, Egberto Gismonti, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Chick Corea, Michael Brecker, Elvln Jones, Pharoah Sanders, Wayne Shorter, Snarky Puppy, Kamasi Washington, Shabaka Hutchings, Robert Glasper and many more, for over 2000 concerts of the different editions of the Festival, with around one million total attendances.
Born in the United States at the beginning of the 20th century as a cultural and social expression, from the evolution of musical forms already used by African-American slaves, jazz has modified over time, becoming a universal language.
